MAKING A WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE

8 Hour Schedule Example

  1. Photographers arrive at 1PM
  2. Photos of bridal party at the tail end of getting ready
  3. Detail Photos (Invites, jewelry, flowers, rings)
  4. 2:30PM Bridal Party Photos (Boys & Girls separately)
  5. 3:30PM Ceremony
  6. 4PM Bridal Party Photos all together & Family Photos
  7. 5PM Couples Photos
  8. 6PM Bridal Party Announced
  9. First dance, parent dances
  10. 6:30PM Dinner
  11. 7:30PM Speeches
  12. 8PM Cake Cutting
  13. 8:15PM Dancing!

Remember, your schedule will never go perfectly as planned, we just make a rough outline so we know what's next!

If you do a first look, you will save time by being able to do bridal party or family photos (or both) before the ceremony. This means after the ceremony we would have a good amount of time for couples photos! If you're having a winter wedding, this is HIGHLY recommended.

This will effect your photos the most! You want to make sure you have plenty of daylight for photos & ideally we will take couples photos around sunset.

You can expect a questionnaire from me about a month prior to your wedding asking for all the details for your day! When you have a final schedule, please don't forget to share it with me. Don't forget to bring all of the small details you want photos of including an invite/save the date, special keepsakes, jewelry, rings and anything else special to you that you may want detail shots of!
